Your learning. Your data.
This technical disclosure must be completed with the operator’s legal identity, verified support contact, retention schedule and applicable terms before public launch.
Your account and membership
Supabase stores your verified email, name, optional preferred name, phone, address, country, picture, permanent account ID, approved handle, membership dates and learning records. Addresses, contact information and country selections are private to you and authorized staff. Your chosen country appears only on your own home globe, without address geocoding or location permission. Card details are not collected.
Rooms and voice
Other room members see your preferred name (or name if not set), profile picture, membership badge and connection status, not your address, country, email or phone. Picture files use private storage and short-lived signed links, which can remain valid for up to five minutes after leaving a room. Other people can save a picture they can view. Private rooms require an invitation code and a hashed password.
Joining voice requires microphone permission. Audio travels directly between participating browsers using WebRTC and is not recorded by this application. Peer connections may reveal network addresses. Google STUN is used by default; an optional TURN relay may carry encrypted voice traffic when configured.
Voice negotiation messages are stored briefly in Supabase to connect participants. They become unreadable to clients after two minutes. Routine cleanup must be enabled to remove old rows from the database; the supplied cleanup job normally removes them within about fifteen minutes.
Your device and learning toolkit
Your browser stores the authentication session, language and motion settings, guest practice progress and a device copy of your premium toolkit. Premium toolkit data can also sync to Supabase. Export your work before clearing data. On shared devices, clear your toolkit and sign out.
Optional monthly emails
You can opt in to monthly premium emails covering feature updates, recorded payments and rewards. No consent checkbox is preselected. Disable the preference in your account or use the unsubscribe link. Email delivery requires the academy’s sending service to be configured.
Third-party services and sponsor links
The site uses Cloudflare, Supabase and Google Fonts. The optional monthly email integration uses Resend. Sponsor website previews are uploaded images; visiting a sponsor opens its own website, whose privacy rules apply.
YouTube radio and favorites
Pressing Play connects to YouTube through a visible embedded video player. YouTube may process network identifiers, cookies and playback activity under its own policies; privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean anonymous playback. Video thumbnails are also hosted by YouTube. Videos may show advertisements or be unavailable in your region. Closing the player or switching tabs pauses playback, but does not undo data already sent to YouTube.
Your radio preference and favorite song IDs are stored privately in your account. Pick your fav blends favorites with other manager-approved songs; it is not a behavioral advertising profile. Staff add video IDs and category tags without uploading or extracting YouTube audio.
Safety and identity
Verified email, permission checks, limited writes, handle reviews, reports and account restrictions reduce abuse; they do not prove a person’s identity or guarantee fraud prevention. CAPTCHA and provider rate limits require production configuration. Do not share passwords, room codes or payment credentials in your profile.
Your choices
Solo games and starter practice can be used without an account. Live rooms are optional. You may mute participants locally, leave a room, or report a concern. Account data access or deletion requests should be sent through the contact form after sign-in; the operator must provide a verified support channel before launch.
Records and credentials
Staff-reviewed payments and awards are account records, not automatic Paymob confirmations. Starter achievements reflect self-reported practice. The certificate preview is a design sample, not an issued or accredited qualification.
